All our prices include "VAT Free" guarantee, meaning we guarantee that you will not have to pay any import charges (namely import duty, courier handling fees, VAT/GST). Any import charges will be billed on us as the sender of the package, however, if you are asked to pay any import charges when you receive your package, please make the payment as requested in order to get the order delivered and contact us to claim the import charges reimbursement. We will reimburse your import charges in full as a partial refund of your original payment.
At the moment, this VAT Free guarantee only applies to orders shipped to Australia and the United Kingdom.
