For Under-Warranty Repair, please return the faulty products back to UK Customer Service Point in Dundee.
To return a faulty product or Under-Warranty repair, please log in your account on our website, go to Self-Service section, click ' I want to return a product for Repair', you will be given a link to download our warranty repair claim form. Complete that form and follow the instruction on that form to return your order back to us for repair. You will also find our return address on the Warranty Repair Claim Form.
