If the product you are returning is faulty, the return postage will be covered by us, otherwise, you will need to pay the return postage.
If you are returning an order because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return delivery cost. If there a fault occurs within 14 working days after the delivery date, we will pay you the return postage. If the fault occurs after 14 working days of delivery but within 1 year after the delivery date, you are responsible for the return delivery cost for warranty repair.
